An exciting opportunity has become available for a Mortgage Broker to join one of the fastest growing mortgage brokerages in the North of England. This role will involve managing applications from inception through to completion and is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing financial service provider.

The Ideal Candidate/Experience
- Competent Commercial Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker
- Passion and drive to move into the Commercial Mortgage space
- Experience with specialist Buy to Let, Refurb, and Bridging Finance
- Experience of full range of finance solutions
- Minimum 2 years’ experience mortgage advisory experience (or similar)
- Full CeMAP or equivalent (is a plus not essential)
- Strong sales and customer service background
- Interest in property investment and commercial property financing
- Problem solver with a proactive mindset
- Drive and enthusiasm
- A team player is a MUST!
- The ability to build relationships at all levels
